Discover the Benefits of Online Therapy
Telehealth therapy offers unparalleled convenience, allowing you to connect with your therapist from anywhere. Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling sessions that fit your lifestyle.

Convenience and Flexibility
Clients can attend therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes or any private space with internet access. This flexibility allows for scheduling sessions around busy lifestyles, making it easier to fit therapy into daily routines.

Privacy and Anonymity
Online therapy can provide a greater sense of privacy, as clients do not have to worry about being seen entering a therapist's office.

Accessibility
Online therapy breaks down geographical barriers, allowing individuals in remote or rural areas to access mental health services that may not be available locally.
Make the Most of Online Therapy
A quiet, private, confidential space is most suitable for engaging in online therapy. Ensure you have a good WiFi/internet connection and that your devices are charged. Make sure you are comfortable, have some tissues, and a cup of tea or a glass of water. Please dress appropriately as if you were attending a normal face-to-face appointment.
Zoom Video Conferencing
Our 50-minute online psychological therapy sessions are conducted using the Zoom online videoconferencing platform. Please download the Zoom App to your PC or smartphone before our meeting to test your video and audio connection. If Zoom or the internet cuts out, your psychologist will call your mobile from a private number to continue the session.
